Netmindr operates a website located at www.netmindr.tv and related smartphone apps (the “Services”)

Netmindr collects information actively provided by its customers, and through the use of  the Services.

The types of personal information we collect include name and contact information such as email address and phone number.  We process payments using a third party payment service, and do not see or retain any credit or debit card details.  We use various types of website cookies.  You can choose to disable cookies in your browser, although that may affect the user experience.  When you use our Services we may automatically collect and save: location, hardware and software details, clicked links, and content viewed.

Users are able to post information on public portions of our Services that others can see.  When users post or make comments their username will be displayed. We encourage our users not to post any personal information that they would not want to share with the public.

How we use this information

This information is used to provide our Services.

Netmindr may use aggregate or anonymous information which will not be linked to identified individuals for various other uses for itself and third parties.

Who we share this information with

Netmindr does not share personal information with any third parties except as disclosed in this policy.  Netmindr may provide personal information to its consultants, subcontractors and professional advisers (which shall be bound by privacy obligations) to assist Netmindr’s uses disclosed herein. 

We house personal information at a location in Canada.

We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 16 years of age.

Personal information is protected by security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.

Accessing information

Individuals may review their personal information contained in Netmindr files by contacting the Netmindr privacy officer.  If an individual believes that any of their personal information is inaccurate, we will make appropriate corrections.

General

Netmindr may amend this policy from time to time by posting an updated version on our website.  If such amendments affect how Netmindr uses or discloses personal information already held by Netmindr in a material way, Netmindr will obtain consent.
